MSMEs play an important role as part of driving economic progress in a country, one of which is Indonesia. Utilization of a technology is one of the efforts that can be utilized by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the midst of the industrial revolution era to encourage MSME actors to continue to exist and compete at the national and international levels. The Covid 19 pandemic has had a significant impact on business processes, including MSME actors. Nayla Roti is one of the MSMEs in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung, which is currently recovering from the economic crisis during the pandemic. The results of observations and interviews conducted by the service team, some of the obstacles faced by Nayla Roti MSME actors include the lack of knowledge of business people in utilizing technology in business processes that are carried out such as buying and selling activities only focusing on offline buyers and products sold without using a label so sales feels less than optimal. In addition, SMEs in recording transactions for purchasing raw materials and selling products are still done manually so that expenses and income are not properly identified. The method of implementing community service activities carried out in this activity uses Participatory Action Research (PAR), Community Based Research (CBR) and Service Learning (SL). The results of the service activities carried out by MSME actors Nayla Roti have social media in the form of Instagram media.
