Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text has followed journal template version manual or heading
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

 

Manuscripts Registration and Submission:

  1. Please read the instruction before in the submission page by clicking Petunjuk Penulis;
  2. Register as an author on the journal site  by click REGISTRATION;
  3. After registration, click the submission menu on the journal site;
  4. Submit the COMPLETE Manuscript. The Manuscript MUST match with the template version;
  5. If there are any difficulties during registering and submitting the full text Manuscript, please contact the editorial secretariat.

The format of the Manuscript is following with this provisions:

  1. Written in Ms. Word;
  2. Articles can be written both in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  3. Use A-4 format, single spaced, margins 2.54 cm for left-right and top-bottom border;
  4. Minimum 10 pages in 1 column format;
  5. Use Times New Roman font type, 12 pt, 1 column and saved in MS-Word 97-2003 format.

Manuscript contents are following the rules of Journal Writing, such as:

Introduction;

Explain the background, problems, importance, review literature that is directly related to previous research or findings that need to be developed, and ends with the purpose of the research paragraph. Reference numbers are listed in the manuscript sequentially, for example: [1], [1,2], [1-3].

Research or Experimental Methods or Design Calculations;

Make sure the work contained in this research can be replicated with the details provided. In this section the authors convey the research / study methods used include tools, materials, explaining where and when the research was carried out. Explain how to take samples and analyze by what methods. If a mathematical model is presented, the formula in this section is written in Microsoft Equation, given a serial number, for example: (1), (2),… and so on.

Results and Discussion;

Tables and or Figures should be an important feature of this section, because Tables and or Figures convey the main information to readers. Tables and Figures must be written together in the script. Table titles and figures are numbered, the placement is Table Title above

Conclusions

Conclusions should be drawn based on research findings, problem formulations and research objectives.

Acknowledgments (if any);

Acknowledgments are addressed to contributors who helped the research process and the preparation of papers and the institutions that funded the research.

Reference

Reference numbers are listed in the text sequentially, for example: [1], [1,2], [1-3]. Bibliography is sorted by citation number starting with [1] and not alphabetically. The writing method used is IEEE type. Bibliography should be up to date (current element) published in the last 10 years and the amount suggested more than 15 pieces for each article. The use of reference managers like Mendeley is highly recommended.

Content Systematics of complete manuscript is following with this provisions:

  • Title: Written Using Capitalized Initial Letter (Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold);
  • Author's Name1, a)and Author's Name2, 3, b) (Times New Roman, 11pt, Bold). Author affiliation / Name of institution where the author works. Use the superscript "b)" to indicate the Corresponding author's email address. Use a, c, d), and so on. to indicate an email address that is more than one author.
  • Addition of affiliation must be marked by superscript with numbers 2, 3, and so on, as shown above.

(Times New Roman, 10 pt)

  • ABSTRAK and ABSTRACT (Times New Roman, 11 pt, Bold): For abstrak and abstract formats with a maximum number of words of 200, written in Bahasa Indonesia and English, in the form of article summaries. (Times New Roman, 11 pt)
  • Keywords (11 pt bold): a maximum of five keywords sufficient to describe a large subject written in an article, in English (Times New Roman, 11 pt, italicized);
  • Formulas (Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold): Formulas written using Microsoft Equation 3.0., Are given serial numbers, for example: (1), (2), ... and so on.
  • Units (Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold): All unified technical data, expressed in SI units (SI Units).
  • Tables and Figures: Tables and Figures must be written together in the script. Table and picture titles are numbered sequentially, with the title of the table above, while the title of the image below.
  • REFERENCES (Times New Roman 12 and bold) Bibliography is sorted by citation number starting with [1] and not alphabetically. The writing method used is IEEE type. Bibliography should be up to date (current element) published in the last 10 years and the amount suggested more than 15 pieces for each article. The use of reference managers like Mendeley is highly recommended. The following is an example of writing a reference (Times New Roman, 12 pt);
