Uji Kekuatan Mekanik Filamen 3d Printing Suture Anchoring Screw Berbasis Biokomposit Hyrdoxyapatite-Polycaprolactone (HAp-PCL)

Abstrak Robekan pada rotator cuff merupakan salah satu cedera yang paling sering ditemui dalam dunia orthopedi. Untuk mengobati robekan pada rotator cuff, di dalam dunia orthopedi sering menggunakan suture anchor. Salah satu bahan biokomposit yang dapat digunakan sebahai bahan pembuatan suture anchor yaitu yaitu HAp [Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2]. HAp biasanya dikombinasikan dengan polimer sebagai komposit untuk mengatasi keterbatasan sifat mekaniknya. Salah satu polimer yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu Polycaprolactone (PCL). Maka dari itu perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai kombinasi pencampuran Hidroksiapatit (HAp) dengan Polycaprolactone (PCL) pada pembuatan filamen bahan untuk 3D Printing suture anchor. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel yang telah ditentukan, dilakukan pengujian terhadap suture anchor. Pengujian yang dipilih yaitu dengan melakukan pengujian mekanik uji tarik filamen 3D Printing suture anchor. Variabel rasio pencampuran PCL : HAp dalam membuat filamen dengan rasio pencampuran, yaitu 5%, 20%, 25%, dan 30% dari HAp. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa nilai maksimum tekanan atau stress (MPa) yang dapat diterima tiap variabel filamen mengalami penurunan seiring bertambahnya persentase HAp dalam komposit.
